We are pleased to offer you Alissa Cohen’s Referral Program! The program works like this:

  1. Apply to be an affiliate by filling out and submitting the form below.

  2. Upon approval, you will be sent a welcome e-mail with simple instructions on how to set up your website(s) with link banners, product images and descriptions.

  3. Any time someone clicks on one of your links to Alissa Cohen’s online store and places an order, you will receive a 5% commission on the ENTIRE sale, regardless of what is purchased! These sales can add up very quickly!

    For instance, if one person orders a 9 tray dehydrator from the link on your site ... you immediately earn 10.00!

  4. Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and commission checks are dispersed by the 5th of the following month.
